Don't worry if you haven't started yet; it's never too late! Just give it a go, and you'll notice a positive change in not only your energy levels, but sooo much more!

Cardio exercise is also essential for mitochondria as they need oxygen and nutrients to function correctly. Nutrients such as CoQ10, essential fatty acids, l-carnitine, and alpha-lipoic acid are a few of the key players. But most nutrients are involved in some way to our energy production - so a nutrient-rich diet is key to supporting proper cellular energy production.

If you're feeling fatigued and not exercising, it's time to get your body moving! Start slow and build up your cardio and resistance training routine. Your muscle mass and mitochondria will thank you!
